FAQ's for Your Website Project
✍️Do you write my website copy?
No. All main website copy must be provided by you. If you have a rough draft, I can help polish and format it, but I don’t write from scratch.
🌐 What costs aren’t included?
Hosting, domain, and any third-party tools or subscriptions are your responsibility. This also includes any paid fonts, plugins, or premium features you choose to use, I’ll always flag these in advance if needed.
⚠️ Can you start before I send all my content?
Ideally, no. To keep the timeline on track, I need your copy, images (if any), and brand details before we begin. If things are delayed, the project timeline will shift too.
📌 Will you upload my blog posts, portfolio or products?
The website will be structured for you to add these yourself. If you need help uploading content like blogs or products, that would be an extra add-on.
💻 Can I add more pages later?
Yes! You can always expand your site. If you’d like me to help with new pages in the future, I can quote that separately.
🔄 Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes! I offer monthly WordPress support and update packages. If you want help maintaining your site or making small tweaks.
🗂️ What am I responsible for as the client?
You’re responsible for providing:
• All written copy
• Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts, etc.)
• Any specific images you want to use
• Access to your hosting/domain account (plus the cost of these services)
